Werewolf Man (To the tune of Nature Boy)

In a blackout, we hear LUPIN speak

LUPIN: (spoken)
This is a story of the Marauders. The Marauders are now…dead.

The lights rise up, and we can see 12 Grimmauld Place in the night. As HARRY sings, slowly you go into the doors of Number 12, and around some of the rooms

HARRY:
There was a man
A very sad and lonely man
And it happened that on one night, full moon night
Got a werewolf bite

So ill and pale, though he would smile
To hide feelings inside

The camera has now reached a bedroom. Inside the room is LUPIN sitting on a bed with a box of photos and memories of his old friends, looking through the box.

And then one day
This shabby man had passed my way
As we spoke of many sorts, Voldemort
This he said to me

"The greatest thing
You'll ever learn
Is to have friends
And be one in return"

LUPIN sadly looks at some of the items in the box, and starts reflecting on the years he had at Hogwarts with his friends

One Day It'll Be Okay (to the tune of One Day I'll Fly Away)

LUPIN reflects on his early years at school before his friends knew he was a werewolf, and how he was so sad to have to live as a werewolf, but told himself things would be better sometime

REMUS:
Transform on the night
Hate that orb's light
When will I begin
To live again?

One day it'll be okay
This will all be yesterday
Why must I have lycanthropy?
Why can't it be through with me?
Why live life as a monster
And dread the day when the wolf wins?

One day it'll be okay
This will all be yesterday
Why live life as a monster
And dread the day when the wolf wins?

One day it'll be okay
I'll be
Okay…

Why Don't You Tell Us (to the tune of Elephant Love Medley)

LUPIN reflects on the times where he would have to lie to JAMES, SIRIUS and PETER about where he went every month. In this particular memory, it happened to be at one of the Quidditch parties, because Gryffindor had just won a game, and REMUS told them that he had to leave. But this time, JAMES, SIRIUS and PETER start bothering him

REMUS: (spoken)
Sorry, but I can't stay long. My…my mother is, er, ill and I've got to go visit her…

JAMES: (spoken)
Again? She was sick two months ago and you had to visit her then too! Come on, this is the Quidditch party!

REMUS: (spoken)
I'm glad Gryffindor won, but to be honest, I'm really not a big Quidditch person

PETER: (spoken)
But you have to stay! You're always missing everything!

REMUS: (spoken)
Please don't start that again

SIRIUS: You're always missing

REMUS: (spoken)
Well, yes, I know

SIRIUS: You're always missing

REMUS: (spoken)
But I've really got to go

SIRIUS: You're always missing

REMUS:
I just can't help it

JAMES:
Last month your second cousin passed on
Before that, your mother's ill

PETER:
And before that your grandma visited
Before that was Uncle Phil

SIRIUS:
And you're gone
So what's wrong?

REMUS:
It's nothing
Now stop asking

JAMES:
But there has to be
There must be something, you see

PETER:
If you don't say
We're gonna ask all day

SIRIUS:
So
Why don't you tell?
We want to know, and we will listen
Oh Remus, so why don't you you tell?

REMUS:
You'd think that people
Would've listened to me when I said 'no'

JAMES:
Well we're not 'any people'
No, we are your friends, oh yes

PETER:
So does that mean that you have got something to tell us?

REMUS:
I didn't say that!

PETER:
Well not exact
But in a way, yes

JAMES:
You know some things should just be told
There's nothing to fear, it's your friends here

REMUS:
A thing like this I can't unfold
You guys, can't you see you should let me be

SIRIUS:
We'll give you chocolate!
If you will tell

REMUS:
You…can't bribe that way

SIRIUS:
Yes, we can!

REMUS:
And I…I still won't say

PETER:
You should just tell us

REMUS:
I can't do that

JAMES:
You should just tell us
And that's a fact

REMUS:
But this is not something so simple
And so it's best if you don't know

SIRIUS:
But we'll keep asking
Forever and ever

REMUS:
I cannot tell you
Forever and ever

JAMES:
But we'll keep asking

PETER:
Just because

PETER, JAMES and SIRIUS:
We… want to know the truth

REMUS:
I …already told you

There's nothing to worry
I really am fine

Night of the Werewolf (to the tune of Hindi Sad Diamonds)

And then, LUPIN remembers all the times he would go and transform in the Shrieking Shack on those full moon nights, alone, with no conscious human thought

CHORUS: (spoken)
He is wolf!

REMUS:
I cannot fight the moon
I cannot fight the moon
I cannot fight the moon
I cannot fight the moon
I cannot fight the moon
I cannot fight the moon
I cannot fight the moon
I cannot fight the moon

CHORUS:
Remus Lupin
Poor Remus Lupin
He's a werewolf
Transforming upon every full moon and
He cannot fight it
He tries to right it but he just cannot
It overtakes him
And then it makes him

He's a werewolf
Nothing he can do
He's a werewolf
And he could go and attack me or you
He doesn't want to
And he always knew
He wishes to control
The madness in his soul
The madness in his soul

Remus Lupin
Poor Remus Lupin
Wants to stop it
But finds that he cannot
Oh hey, hey
Oh, oh, oh
He cannot stop it from happening each month
From happening each month
He wants his life back
And he wants to control
The madness that's in his soul

REMUSWOLF:
Aaaa-aaa-roo
Aaaa-roooo
Aaaa-aaaa-roo
Aaaroo
Aaaaroo

CHORUS:
He strains
Night of the wolf
His pain
Night of the wolf
Pure heart
Apart
And he has to let the wolf come on

REMUSWOLF:
Aaaa-roo
Aaa-roo

CHORUS:
The moon calls him
The moon calls him
The moon calls him
The moon calls him
The moon calls him
The moon calls him
The moon calls him
The moon calls him
Man is gone

(spoken)
He is wolf

REMUSWOLF: (spoken)
I am wolf

Howling Through the Night (to the tune of Rhythm of the Night)

Note: This was done to the version on the CD. I left the Spanish section out. I don't feel much like trying to filk that Spanish.

But LUPIN remembers the time that JAMES, SIRIUS, and PETER had finally figured out that he was a werewolf. He had later asked how they found out, and apparently, they found out something like this. JAMES, SIRIUS, and PETER are sitting in the library, looking through books, and then JAMES figures it out

PETER:
Read all night
Think all night
Read all night

JAMES: (spoken)
I believe I know what Remus has been doing!

sings
Howls all night
Howls all night
Howls all night
And it's at the Shrieking Shack

(spoken)
He's a werewolf! sings

And Remus has been howling through the night

SIRIUS:
Yeah, he's howling

JAMES:
But it does not bring worries to my mind

PETER:
To my mind

JAMES:
And Remus has been howling through the night

PETER:
Yeah, he's howling

JAMES:
But you know we won't hate him for his kind

SIRIUS:
Bet he felt like
The world is against him
And that's why he never
Spoke that much about himself

PETER:
When he disappeared
Every month just one night
He told us some stories
Now we know aren't right

JAMES:
Well, I know where Remus would go hide the whole night away
And it's call the Shrieking Shack
That is the place Remus would hurry off right away
Once he transforms you know he's gonna start…arooo…

PETER:
And Remus will be howling through the night
Howling 'til the morning light

SIRIUS:
But it does not bring worries to my mind

JAMES:
We won't hate him for his kind

PETER:
And Remus will be howling through the night

JAMES:
'Cause he got that werewolf bite

SIRIUS:
But it does not bring worries to my mind

PETER:
We won't hate him for his kind

SIRIUS: (imitating a werewolf not so greatly)
Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-aroo!
Ah-ah-aroo!

PETER:
Guess we should tell him
That we know what he is now
But that we wouldn't
Desert him any way now

JAMES:
He didn't tell us
Yes, he had reason to
He shouldn't worry
'Cause we will be here true

SIRIUS:
Well, I know where Remus would go hide the whole night away
And it's called the Shrieking Shack, yeah
And that's the place Remus would run off to right away
Once he transforms you know that he will start…arooo

And Remus will be howling through the night

JAMES:
Howling 'til the morning light

PETER:
But it does not bring worries to my mind

JAMES:
We won't hate him for his kind

SIRIUS:
And Remus will be howling through the night
'Cause he got that werewolf bite

PETER:
But it does not bring worries to my mind

JAMES:
We won't hate him for his kind

SIRIUS: (imitating a werewolf poorly)
Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-aroo!

PETER: (also imitating a werewolf poorly)
Ah-ah-aroo!

JAMES: (also imitating a werewolf poorly)
Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-aroo

SIRIUS, PETER, and JAMES: (all poorly imitating a werewolf)
Ah-ah-aroo!

Aaaah-roo!
And it's called the Shrieking Shack

SIRIUS: (at the same time as the below)
Howling through the night!
Howling through the night!

JAMES: (his and Peter's section is at the same time as Sirius)
And Remus has been howling through the night

PETER:
Yeah, he's howling

JAMES:
But it does not bring worries to my mind

PETER:
To my mind

JAMES:
And Remus has been howling through the night

PETER:
Yeah he's howling

JAMES:
But you know we won't hate him for his kind
We won't hate him for his kind

And Remus has been howling through the night

PETER & SIRIUS:
Yeah, he's howling

JAMES:
But it does not bring worries to my mind

PETER & SIRIUS:
To my mind

JAMES:
And Remus has been howling through the night

PETER & SIRIUS:
Yeah he's howling

JAMES:
But you know we won't hate him for his kind
We won't hate him for his kind

And Remus has been howling through the night

PETER & SIRIUS:
Yeah he's howling

JAMES:
But it does not bring worries to my mind

PETER & SIRIUS:
To my mind

JAMES:
We can't hate him for his kind

PETER:
And Remus will be howling through the night

SIRIUS:
But it does not bring worries to my mind

JAMES:
And Remus will be howling through the night

PETER:
But it does not bring worries to my mind

JAMES, SIRIUS, and PETER:
Oh howling
Can't you hear him howling?

Come What May (to the tune of the song of the same name)

LUPIN recalls the time JAMES, SIRIUS, and PETER then told him that they knew he was a werewolf. REMUS was of course expecting them to be afraid, run away, and desert him, but then they told him something quite different: that they would still be friends, and REMUS was very grateful

JAMES:
Though we know the secret you hide
About how you have lycanthropy
That secret that you hide inside
The thing is it doesn't bother me

SIRIUS:
Listen to us now
From the beginning
You can always tell us everything

PETER:
We just don't mind
Howls you sing
'Cause we'll be friends

JAMES:
Until the end of time

SIRIUS:
Come what may

PETER:
Come what may

JAMES, SIRIUS, and PETER:
We'll be your friends
Until our dying day

REMUS:
Suddenly the school seems such a perfect place
There's nowhere I'd rather be on the earth's face
My transformations don't seem such a big case
'Cause I have friends here like you

PETER:
And that's no willow too rough
No night sky too wide

SIRIUS:
And sometime soon
We will be there by your side

JAMES:
The moon may grow full
But we'll still confide

JAMES, SIRIUS, and PETER:
That we'll be friends

REMUS:
We'll be friends

JAMES, SIRIUS, and PETER:
Until the end

REMUS:
Until the end

REMUS, JAMES, SIRIUS, and PETER:
Of time

Come what may
Come what may
We will be friends
Until our dying day

Oh come what may
Come what may
We will be friends

REMUS:
We will be friends
Suddenly the school seems such a perfect place…

REMUS, JAMES, SIRIUS, and PETER:
Come what may
Come what may
We will be friends
Until our dying day!

Animagi (to the tune of Like A Virgin)

Not long after that, JAMES, SIRIUS, and PETER had made the decision to become Animagi and stay with REMUS each full moon. REMUS had later also asked how they made the decision, and was told that the story went something like this.

Note: I'm aware that they is making a mistake when they say that they'll be the only Animagi at school, since McGonagall is teaching and she's an Animagus too. But those three have gotten carried away with themselves here, and they think they're just so smart and clever

PETER:
He'll make it through the full moon nights
He'll make it through

SIRIUS:
And just how do you know all that?

PETER:
'Cause here's what we'll do:

We'll be there when it comes
He will shriek
But he'll be alright
'Cause we'll stay with him
Yes we'll stay-ay-ay-ay-ay with him
For the whole night
As

Animagi!
Wizards but animals too
Anima-ha-ah-ah-gi!
We'll stay there 'til it's through
We're going to be animals

JAMES and SIRIUS:
Go be animals

PETER:
And we'll just do that charm
And since we'll be animals
We will not be harmed

JAMES:
It'll be great
He'll await
The bad date
Of the full moon night
But we'll make him feel
Yes we'll make-ake-ake-ake-ake- him feel
That it'll be alright

SIRIUS:
Animagi!
Wizards but animals too
Anima-ha-ah-ah-gi!
We'll stay there 'til it's through
Animagi!
Yes, we're breaking rules
But we'll be cool
The best in school

JAMES, SIRIUS, and PETER all start running around making crazy animal noises

JAMES, SIRIUS, and PETER:
We will be
The only
Anima-
-Gi in school alive
And Remus will see
Yes, Remus-us-us-us-us will see
That he will survive!

JAMES and SIRIUS grin mischievously at each other, then start making wild animal noises and chase PETER around the room. Unless they are singing, they are making noises

PETER: (singing in a squeaky voice as he runs)

Animagi!

JAMES and SIRIUS:
Wizards but animals too!

PETER:
Anima-ha-ah-ah-gi!

JAMES and SIRIUS:
We'll stay there 'til it's through

PETER:
Animagi!

JAMES and SIRIUS:
So we're breaking rules
But we'll be cool
The best in school
Yes we'll be cool
The best in school

JAMES, SIRIUS, and PETER:
Ah ah ah ah ah
Ah ah ah ah ah
Ah ah ah ah ah!

Anima-ah-gi!

What You've Done (to the tune of Your Song)

Three years have now passed since their second year when JAMES, SIRIUS, and PETER said they would be Animagi, and now it is the fifth year, and they have finally managed it. LUPIN remembers when they finally told him, and what they planned to do. REMUS is ecstatic that he has such great friends

REMUS:
That is the Willow
And that is the Shack
And so when the moon has grown full
That is where I go
And it is quite hard to say
How I'm happy
Want you to know, I want you to know
I'm grateful as could be
For what you have all done, what you've done for me

A full moon night
And I'd feel quite depressed
I'd wanted to tell you, but I
I thought it not best
Thought you'd be afraid and you'd run along
Now I realize each day how much I was wrong

Then the moon would transform me
I'd not feel quite right
Forgotten who I am and I'd howl all night
But, well the thing is
What I want to say
Is you've made me the happiest today

And we can't tell anybody
What we have done
But that doesn't matter 'cause
We'll still have fun
Want you to know, I want you to know
That I'll know who I am
And it all seems alright, 'cause you've changed my life!

We are the Marauders

To the tune of Lady Marmalade

So, every full moon, they would all venture out to the Shack, and sometime even leave and go to Hogsmeade. The Marauders began pranking, and, as LUPIN remembers, laughing, acting like idiots quite a lot…

REMUS, PETER, SIRIUS, and JAMES:
We are the Marauders
Let me hear you all holler
We're Moony, we're Wormtail, we're Padfoot, we are Prongs
We're Moony, we're Wormtail, we're Padfoot, we are Prongs

PETER:
If you think of me as just worthless and small
Then I've really fooled you all
I say now you see me
And do you know what I be?
Oh, oh

A rat slipping through the willow (hey hey hey)
Freezing it so we can go
Down the tunnel and mischief shows
Wormtail of the Marauders
Oh, oh

REMUS, PETER, SIRIUS, and JAMES:
We solemnly swear we're up to no good
We swear that we're up to no good

SIRIUS:
Yeah yeah yeah yeah

JAMES:
Well, I am the leader, I would have to say
Causin' mischief for the whole day
Oh, yes my intention
Is getting attention, yeah

Evans just doesn't understand (understand)
How I'm such a brilliant man
The majestic stag that I am
I'm Prongs of the Marauders
Oh

REMUS, PETER, SIRIUS, and JAMES:
We solemnly swear we're up to no good
We swear that we're up to no good

JAMES:
Ooooh

SIRIUS:
Yeah, yeah, uh
I walk into the Great Hall and all the girls look
I guess the love what they see, that's handsome me
I care about my looks, yes, but some think that I'm gay
Well I got to say that isn't my way
I maraud
And my form is a black dog
I am man's best friend and I'm runnin' abroad
Prongs, you say "Hey stay as a dog long please"
Prongs, I might, but you know, damn those fleas!
Yeah, I'm up to no good
Have we got that understood?
I am there as the great right hand man
Got no plan, but still you know I will and can
I'm loyal and crazy
You just can't predict me
Padfoot of the Marauders

One more time, come on now

SIRIUS, JAMES, and PETER:
Marauders…
We're the Marauders…
Marauders…

REMUS:
Oh…
Aaa-aaa-rooOO-OOO-OOOO!!

I was a young boy when the bite came
A little careless I guess (oh yes)
Then the full moon night had hit
And that werewolf bit
Aaa-aa-roooo-ooo-ooo-ooo!!

JAMES:
Now Moony's keeping his human side

REMUS:
Human side…

SIRIUS:
'Cause we are there at his side

REMUS:
But when the full moon's in eye
I've got to cry
Aaa-aaa-aaa-aAA-ROOOO-OOO!!!

I guess I really was the start
Of this fine Marauder pack
When the moon comes, they've got my back
Moony of the Marauders
Aaaa-rooo!

REMUS, PETER, SIRIUS, and JAMES:
We solemnly swear we're up to no good
We swear that we're up to no good

PETER:
The Marauders, yeah

REMUS, PETER, SIRIUS, and JAMES:
We solemnly swear we're up to no good
We swear that we're up to no good

REMUS:
Oh

SIRIUS:
Come on

PETER, SIRIUS, and JAMES:
It's Moony

REMUS:
A-roooooo…

REMUS, PETER, and SIRIUS:
Prongs

JAMES:
Evans, let's go out!

REMUS, PETER, and JAMES:
It's Padfoot

SIRIUS:
Fleas, fleas, damn damn damn damn damn those fleas!

REMUS, SIRIUS, and JAMES:
Wormtail

PETER:
Cheese…

SIRIUS:
Tail I'll live with…

JAMES:
Mischief…

SIRIUS:
Marauders

REMUS:
Ah-OOO!

PETER:
Up to no good

SIRIUS:
Mischief managed here

REMUS, PETER, SIRIUS and JAMES:
Yeah we are the Marauders…
Ooh, yes!

Pulling Pranks on Snivellus (to the tune of Sparkling Diamonds)

LUPIN remembers how JAMES would never pass up an opportunity to hex SNAPE, and nor would SIRIUS. These kind of events always seemed to make LILY turn up, and JAMES would try and act sweet in spite of what he had recently been doing, such as pulling off SNAPE'S pants. Out on the grounds one day, JAMES decides it's time to start pulling pranks

JAMES:
Oh look, 'cause here he comes again…

If you're feeling bored then there is nothing better

JAMES & SIRIUS:
Than pulling pranks on Snivellus

JAMES:
By my own accord I say, Sniv'lly we'll get ya
Sorry, you can't hide

SIRIUS:
'Cause Snivellus, your luck has friend

JAMES:
You've been caught
You really ought
To be looking for the outrageous
Surprising, arising,
A joke fest, just the best
Pulling pranks on Snivellus!

SIRIUS: (points his wand at Snape)
Expelliarmus!

SNAPE's wand flies through the air, and JAMES catches it

JAMES: (points his wand at Snape)

Petrificus Totallus!

SNAPE is sprung together is falls over backward

JAMES & SIRIUS:
'Cause when you're thinking that there is nothing to do
You realize this is the thing to do

JAMES: (spoken as he walks around SNAPE, waving the wand in his face tauntingly)
Come and get it, Sniv!

SNAPE tries to get up and get his wand, but he cannot move

SIRIUS: (starts laughing at him)
Ha!

JAMES: (points his wand at Snape)
Furnuncula! SIRIUS: (points his wand at Snape)
Tallantallegra!

REMUS: (spoken)
Oh guys, come on…Prongs, watch out, here comes Lily!

JAMES immediately puts his wand behind his back, and ruffles his hair as LILY walks over to him

JAMES:
Now there is just one thing that I find more lovely
Than pulling pranks on Snivellus
It's a girl who's my world and her name is Lily
to LILY

Let's go out tonight

LILY:
No!
James Potter, now you put him right!
I won't date you
At this rate
Because you think you're so fabulous
You're so sick
Pulling pranks on Snivell-
Pulling pranks on Snivell-
Pulling pranks on Snivellus!

LILY slaps JAMES and walks off

JAMES: (spoken)
Oh…ow…

SIRIUS: (spoken)
Ooh…bad luck

JAMES: (spoken)
What is it with her? Why won't she just go out with me? Grr…come on, let's go hex Snivellus!!!

SIRIUS:
Beware 'cause there's danger

JAMES:
I'm unleashing anger!

SIRIUS and PETER: (at the same time as JAMES)
Pulling pranks on Snivell-
Pulling pranks on Snivell-
Pulling pranks on Snivell-
Pulling pranks on Snivell-

JAMES:
Pulling
Pranks on
Sniv-
-Ell-
-Us!

JAMES pulls off SNAPE'S pants

Marauder's Map (to the tune of Spectacular, Spectacular)

LUPIN smiles as another memory passes his mind- when they all created the Marauder's Map. It was a very nice map of theirs, and they were very proud to have made it

JAMES:
Marauder's Map, Marauder's Map
The greatest magical mishap

REMUS:
Helping us prowl through the school
While we're breaking every rule

SIRIUS:
We'll see everyone that's around
You must agree that will astound

PETER:
And the best thing's you see
We will go down in history

REMUS, SIRIUS, JAMES and PETER:
Moony, Wormtail
The makers of this map you'll hear
Padfoot, Prongs, will
Make it last for years and years
Moony, Wormtail
The makers of this map you'll hear
Padfoot, Prongs, will
Make it last for years and years

REMUS:
Full moon nights

PETER:
And what a sight

SIRIUS:
Four mammals

JAMES:
Prowl through the night

SIRIUS:
A strange pack
We'll bet you that
We are the great

REMUS, SIRIUS, JAMES and PETER:
Marauders!
Werewolf, a dog, and a rat, and a stag

JAMES:
To top all that

REMUS, SIRIUS, JAMES, and PETER:
In a shack beyond a tree
Then wand'ring around freely!

Moony, Wormtail
The makers of this map you'll hear
Padfoot, Prongs, will
Make it last for years and years
Moony, Wormtail
The makers of this map you'll hear
Padfoot, Prongs, will
Make it last for years and years

Marauder's Map, Marauder's Map
The greatest magical mishap
Helping us prowl through the school
While we're breaking every rule

The map is alive with our magic mischief

Moony, Wormtail
The makers of this map you'll hear
Padfoot, Prongs, will
Make it last for years and years
Moony, Wormtail
The makers of this map you'll hear
Padfoot, Prongs, will
Make it last for years and years!

REMUS: (spoken)
Ah…don't you remember how this all began?

PETER: (spoken)
Not really…

JAMES:
Well Moony had been on his own
We didn't want him all alone

REMUS:
And in the end you came with me

SIRIUS:
Each full moon so faithfully

PETER: (thinking of being a Death Eater)
It's a little bit funny, this feeling inside…

REMUS, SIRIUS, and JAMES stare at PETER. Then, after an awkward moment of silence…

REMUS, SIRIUS, and JAMES:
Moony, Wormtail
The makers of this map you'll hear
Padfoot, Prongs, will
Make it last for years and years

PETER:
And on the first night we came
Moony smiled gratefully
And he had convinced us three
That we'd be here so safely

REMUS: (spoken loudly)
This is the Whomping Willow, fierce guardian of the Shrieking Shack!

SIRIUS: (spoken)
Oh, Moony, we get it. No one could even pass it.

REMUS: (spoken)
No one's going to

REMUS, SIRIUS, JAMES and PETER:
Moony, Wormtail
The makers of this map you'll hear
Padfoot, Prongs, will
Make it last for years and years!

I solemnly swear that I am up to no good.

The Night of Sirius' Prank (to the tune of El Tango De Roxanne - the version in the movie, not on the CD)

Note: During the end, just like in the song, there should be a bunch of screaming from everyone. And also, for the sake of the song, let's just assume that you can still sing when you're a werewolf, okay?

But all their happiness did not always last forever. LUPIN remembers the night that SIRIUS thought he would play a little "joke" and tell SNAPE how to follow him in the Shrieking Shack on the full moon, leading to anger and betrayal.

SNAPE is walking on his way to the Shrieking Shack. REMUS is already in the shack, transformed. SIRIUS is not far away from behind SNAPE, because he is trying to watch how his prank goes. JAMES and PETER have not yet come outside.

SNAPE:
Lupin
I'll find out what you're up to tonight
Why you're always missing
When the moon has reached this phase of its light
Lupin
I know how to follow you tonight
Lupin
When I find you, you just may be in a fright

SIRIUS:
Sniv'lly will reach the tree
Go in, since now he can
He'll see Moony and run
It's such a perfect plan!

SNAPE:
Lupin!

REMUSWOLF:
Why does my mind feel

SNAPE:
Lupin!

REMUSWOLF:
One who shan't be here?
I want to bite them but
I've got to fight this
I can't
Let myself go run free
And lose me

(at the same time as SNAPE)
Why does my mind feel
One who shan't be here?

SNAPE: (at the same time as REMUS)
Lupin
I'll find out what you're up to tonight
Lupin
I know how to follow you tonight
Lupin

REMUSWOLF:
I want to bite them
But I've got to fight this
I can't
Let myself go run free and lose me

JAMES: (spoken as he finds SIRIUS)
Hey Padfoot, whatcha doing?

SIRIUS: (spoken)
Oh, just wait to you hear this. It's the best prank ever.

REMUS suddenly wonders why his friends are not there yet

ECHOS IN REMUS' MIND:
Come what may
We will be friends
'Til our dying day

JAMES: (spoken)
What?

SIRIUS: (spoken)
I just told Snivellus how to find out where Moony has been going every month! So now he's gone looking for him, and once he finds out, he's going to be so freaked out!

SIRIUS starts to laugh

Ha ha ha, isn't that great, Prongs?

JAMES: (spoken)
You've WHAT?

SIRIUS: (spoken)
You mean you don't think it's funny?

JAMES: (spoken)
No, I don't! Do you know what Moony could do? Oh…don't do something like this again!

JAMES starts heading after SNAPE. SNAPE has entered the tunnel and is walking along

SNAPE:
Lupin

REMUSWOLF:
This doesn't feel right
Something's strange tonight

SNAPE: at the same time as REMUSWOLF
I'll find out what you're up to tonight
Lupin
I know how to follow you tonight
Lupin!

REMUSWOLF: at the same time as SNAPE
Tried not to let go
But the wolf will show…

JAMES is now in the tunnel and has caught up to SNAPE. They have nearly reached the room in which REMUSWOLF resides, who looks over at them. SNAPE has now realized he is a werewolf, and JAMES pulls SNAPE back up the tunnel and out

SNAPE:
Lupin!

My Life Must Go On (to the tune of The Show Must Go On)

SIRIUS' little "joke" caused a huge argument between the Marauders, as LUPIN remembers. It looked like the end of the group. No one was speaking to each other, and REMUS realized that he would have to go on without them, especially since he was so angry anyway.

REMUS:
Yes, they would always be there
For me in time of need
It didn't matter
That I was a half-breed
On and on
And sometimes they were all that I was living for

I still remember
What they had said to me
That in forever
Together we would be
Didn't last
It's funny how some things can disappear so fast

My life must go on
My life must go on
I cannot dwell on the old memories
Of how everything used to be

My life must go on
My life must go on
And yes, I know I'll miss them
And sadly reminisce them
But my smile must stay on

My life must go on
My life must go on
I cannot care and feel despair
I'm gonna leave them there and carry
On with my
On with my
On with my life

My life must go on!

Marauders Reunited (to the tune of Finale)

Eventually, though, SIRIUS finally decided to just apologize for what he had done to REMUS and try to make the Marauders all friends again. And they did become friends again after all, no matter who got in their way

SIRIUS:
Never knew what I had played at
Just thought it would be such a good joke
Now I realize the fact is that
It was such a dumb thing of me to do
Listen to me now
Let the words here ring:
I'm so sorry
Just forgive everything
Moony may be full
Howls you'll sing
We'll be friends
'Til the end of time

JAMES: decides to forgives SIRIUS

Come what may

JAMES looks at PETER, who also forgives

PETER:
Come what may

JAMES and PETER look at REMUS, who takes a while to answer, but then he too forgives

REMUS:
Come what may

SIRIUS:
Come what may

REMUS, JAMES and PETER:
I'll be your friend

SIRIUS:
I'll be your friend

REMUS, JAMES and PETER:
Until my dying

SIRIUS:
My dying

SIRIUS, REMUS, JAMES and PETER:
Day!
Come what may
Come what may
Come what may
I'll be your friend
Until my dying-

SNAPE: (bursts in)
I don't care what Dumbledore told me! I've gone mad, and I am going to tell everyone that you, Lupin, are a werewolf!

REMUS: (spoken)
What?

SNAPE: (spoken)
Yes, that's right!

SIRIUS: points his wand at SNAPE
Impedimenta!

SNAPE falls to the ground, temporarily frozen

REMUS:
No matter what he'll say

JAMES, SIRIUS, and PETER:
Nah nah nah nah

REMUS, SIRIUS, JAMES and PETER:
We'll still be friends all the way

REMUS:
Marauders back again

REMUS, SIRIUS, JAMES and PETER:
We're Moony
Wormtail
Padfoot
Prongs!

CHORUS:
Marauders of the Revolution

REMUS:
One day it'll be okay

SIRIUS, JAMES and PETER:
We're up to no good

CHORUS:
Marauders of the Revolution
No you won't fool Marauders of the Revolution

REMUS:
One day it'll be okay

SIRIUS, JAMES, and PETER:
We're up to no good

CHORUS:
No you won't fool Marauders of the Revolution
Moony, Wormtail, Padfoot, Prongs

REMUS, SIRIUS, JAMES and PETER:
We will be friends

CHORUS:
Come what may

REMUS, SIRIUS, JAMES and PETER:
Yes, we will be friends

CHORUS:
Come what may

REMUS, SIRIUS, JAMES, and PETER:
We will be friends
'Til our dying-

SNAPE:(who has unfrozen)
I am going to reveal it! I will!

JAMES casually waves his wand, and SNAPE'S pants fly up, entangling him in them

REMUS, SIRIUS, JAMES and PETER: DAY!

The End (to the last two lines before the end of the movie)

LUPIN comes across a picture in the box. It is a picture of the four of them, all together. One of the last happy times they had. Before PETER betrayed them all. Before JAMES died. Before SIRIUS escaped from Azkaban, went on the run, and then died. Before he himself was left alone. The Marauders had ceased, and would never be again. Overwhelmed with sadness, LUPIN chucks the picture into the fireplace, which happens to have a lit fire in it. LUPIN begins to sob. There is a shot of the picture crumbling in the flames, and we hear LUPIN's voice

LUPIN:
The greatest thing
You'll ever learn
Is to have friends
And be one in return…
